1 Who can participate in this program?
The fund manager accepts members from all over the world, irrespective of their citizenship, income or religion.

2  Is  GALAXY FUND regulated? 
Yes,  GALAXY FUND is regulated and managed by  �ALPHA Real Investment GmbH & Co. KG�, Alpha Real Invest (ARI) is approved by Bafin  Financial Authorities in Germany  Registration number: HRB 713849 . AG Mannheim Tax ID 32019/22773.

3 What is GALAXY FUND?
GALAXY FUND is a trust that pools the savings of a number of investors who share a common financial goal. The money thus collected is then invested in commodity market trades such as Bio fuels, financing buy and sell trade, leasing instruments and leisure management. The income earned through these investments and the capital appreciation realized is shared among the investors in proportion to their capital. Thus GALAXY FUND is the most suitable investment for the common man as it offers opportunity to invest in a diversified professionally managed basket of trade at no cost.

4 Can GALAXY FUND be viewed as a risk-free investment?
Yes.  In fact, investing in GALAXY Fund carries minimal or no risk. On the one hand because your deposited capital is safeguarded by Alpha Real Invest (ARI), on the other hand because the money is invested in not only one asset but in a portfolio of assets in the physical commodity markets, which is an additional safety factor to protect clients' money. 
 

5 Has StarBurst access to my account, to my money?
Absolutely: No. StarBurst is a contractual partner of ARI to market Galaxy Fund worldwide. StarBurst's job is to introduce the Fund to the potential Clients and help them through the procedure of account opening. StarBurst is a helping hand for both the Client and for the Fund manager. The investment contract is made between you and  Alpha Real. StarBurst is an outsider from the financial point of view.
 

6 Why do I have to register with StarBurst?
StarBurst is a contractual partner of ARI to market Galaxy Fund worldwide. It operates a web site and an affiliate system by means of which clients can get acquainted with the services of Alpha Real. For the accomplishment of the marketing tasks StarBurst is paid a commission based on the number of clients. ARI will not accept any application form without StarBurst ID number. That is why it is important that you register with us. 
 

7 How can I open an account with Alpha?

8 Can I download the account application form directly from the ARI website?
No. You can download it from this page DOWNLOADS or from Galaxy Fund section. Please fill it in using your computer then print it, sign it and submit it as advised. In case you cannot fill it in using your computer, please print it and use BLOCK letters to complete the form.
 

9 How can I place my deposit?
Only via bank transfer. The bank details will be included in the contract sent to you by ARI. No cash deposits are accepted.
 
 

10 What is the minimum amount needed to start investing?
The minimum deposit with ARI is �3,000 and the maximum is �500,000 per account.
 
 

11 When can I withdraw my initial deposit?
You are allowed to withdraw your initial deposit after 6 months from the date your deposit was credited on Galaxy Fund's account. Download the  "Withdrawal Form" from StarBurst's web site from Services/Galaxy Fund section then print it, fill it  in and send  us by email. (galaxyfund@alphareal.de)

12 What is the minimum amount I can withdraw from my account?T
The minimum amount you can withdraw is �100.
 

13 How soon will you process the withdrawal request?
You can withdraw your  initially deposited fund  only  after  the 6 months of the trading cycle has been completed. Download, fill in and  submit the Withdrawal form  to ARI via e-mail. The withdrawn amount will be transferred to your account on the upcoming profit payout date.
 

14 Can I withdraw funds using a different bank account?
Yes, you can request a withdrawal to any bank account providing you are the account holder. 
 

15 How can I check my account balance?
The Fund manager will send You a monthly statement by email.
 

16 When will I receive my first profit?
You will receive the 1st profit on your deposited fund within 6 weeks after your deposit arrived  on ARI�s bank account due to the 14 day  set up period.
 

17 How the monthly profit will be paid?
You can withdraw your monthly returns by instructing ARI in the contract  to effect  regular payment of your profit each  month to an account  which is in your name, or you can roll on your monthly returns and add them to your capital,  thereby increasing it for the following trade. Supposing the 4% monthly profit the compounded profit will result in 60% by the end of the 12th month.
 

18 Can I change my mandate about profit payment?
Yes, by sending your request via email to galaxyfund@alphareal.de. Please remember to write your contract number (SB+your StarBurst ID number) in your request for identification.  If you send the request 15 days before your next profit payment date, the profit will be paid according to your new mandate. Do not forget to give your bank account details if you choose the monthly payment.
 

19 What is my 'ID number', 'contract number' and 'account number' ?
When you register with StarBurst you receive a long, randomly created identification number which is unique. This number will be equal with your contract number at ARI, starting with SB (e.g. SB8976123398) and this will be your account number as well. Whenever you contact ARI or StarBurst, please use this number for identification.
 

20 Can I withdraw my money in the first 6 months?
We are sorry, no. Due to the nature of the operation of the fund money cannot be withdrawn from ongoing trades.
 

21 Can the Fund Manager  suspend or close trading?
Yes, in two cases. Firstly, if there are no export-import trades available in the international commodity markets. Well, this is a scenario that would undoubtedly be the end of society as it is currently known. Secondly, if the prices of such trades are at an unprofitable level.  In case this occurs, ARI will immediately inform you and you will  have two options. Firstly, to request the return of all your capital held by ARI,  secondly, to wait an agreed period of time until a good opportunity presents itself  and the next trade is started
 

22 When do I have to deposit my money?
The fund manager sends you the contract by mail. Within 5 days from that date you are expected to transfer your deposit.
